My Fitness Routine Right Now

Right now I am obsessed with taking classes,mostly Reformer Pilates which I’ve had the best results with for toning and shaping my body. I’ve also been getting back into yoga which i’ve been incorporating into my routine once a week which overall has helped me destress and feel calm! Most gyms and studios allow a first free time class ( love!) so get out there and try some different studios out near you.
